You are able to purchase online and post to another delivery address allowing you to send your gift directly to your lucky recipient. Just specify separate billing and delivery addresses at checkout.
Gift cards can be used online and in store and have an expiry date of 24 months from date of purchase to really make things easy for everyone.
I typed the wrong delivery address. Can it be fixed?
There still might be time! If your order is still processing and has not been shipped, we can update the address for you no problem. Please contact our Customer Service team email with your order number and updated address information ASAP. Even if it's been processed already - we can let you know what your options are.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
Although very rare, sometimes mistakes can happen. We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway.
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care team with:

• The faulty item’s style, size and colour
• A description of the fault – a photo maybe required
We'll get back to you as soon as we can with a solution and advise you how to return the faulty item.
